These are really pretty and fairly easy to use. after your polish dries, use the little sponge to pat on the shimmer then put on your base coat. The mermaid color comes in a holder that is a bit tricky to open and there was almost a complete disaster so be careful unless being covered in really fine shimmer powder is on your to do list for the day and the days to come. Both colors are really nice and add that something special to a manicure. I will definitely get them and others again
