We've had this trampoline for 5 years or so and pretty steady use with our 4 kids and their friends. Normal use for a trampoline or slightly higher, it's outside all summer and winter and has held up. We just finally had a couple problems in a row (bent safety pole and tear in the trampoline pad itself from UV exposure likely) and the Zupapa customer service has been responsive, helpful and generous. Ivy specifically has been a rockstar, thank you Ivy! We're back in jumping shape with a new replacement pad and pole and ready for 5 more years!
