The ability to have an online database of information allows me so much flexibility in running my business without having stacks upon piles of paper with all our patient's data scattered everywhere! Currently it doesn't sync well across systems (EHRs) which makes keeping up sometimes difficult but their support team has been very helpful when I've had questions about how something works. They also do excellent training - they made sure we were prepared before implementing VPO into clinic workflow. It was not user friendly at first because some functionality isn't intuitively set out like other PMS providers but overall once you get used to everything its easy enough to use this tool effectively and efficiently as compared to using physical files/ papers around your office. Tracking appointments; scheduling patients through EMR & seeing them one by ones throughout treatment process is great way to keep track of time spent working on each case instead of searching paperwork looking back weeks.
