Poor Quality Paper and Craft Paper

The last three packs of Neenah 110 lb Solar White Card Stock that I bought were extremely poor quality. At least 75% of a 250-sheet ream contains black dots of varying sizes. This is confusing as it is a bright white paper. So how does the black ink fuse with the leaves? Example: To get 100 blank A2 cards, I looked through 125 sheets to find 50 usable sheets. Last year, Nina's quality control went wrong. I will look into another company which unfortunately is not available through Revain.
