Comfortable best in my rating
This shoe provides some stability when lifting weights. They're comfortable to lift and walk around, but not a lot of exercise. I only use them for weightlifting, but it's worth it.

- Excellent stability and comfort for CrossFit!!! If you are looking for squat workouts these are the shoes!!
