Perfect fit for my 1998 Honda Accord LX 2.3L 4-dr sedan! Very powerful engine. Starts the engine immediately. Installation was easy. Installation Tips: Remove the battery and plastic battery case to make room. Use a bungee cord to hold the upper radiator hose out of the way to make room. Best trick: Unscrew the two long screws on the sides holding the motor housing. Slide the cover. Then pull the motor out of the housing. (Don't worry, you can easily restore it with a fresh install). Set the motor and solenoid aside. This gives you room to view and access the rear screw. Otherwise the shroud will block your access to the rear bolt and it will be more difficult. Remove both screws and then remove the entire block. Before installing a new part, do the same and disassemble the new unit. Remove the two long side screws, cover and motor. Install the two screws, then slide the motor into place, put the cover on and finally tighten the two long screws. I found this tip invaluable as the rear screw is very difficult to reach. I found I had to reuse my old mount (top right of unit) as the one that came with it didn't have a nut to screw in. This is a simple exchange. Plug in and you're done. Much luck! This worked for me and I hope it works for you.
