Packaging and everything looked fine and when I first used the 3/8" socket it worked great to replace my spark plugs. I was so glad I bought her another car and found the magnet installed in the socket came out and I had no idea where it went! The socket looked good and was well made but apparently the quality of this set is very suspicious! I know a cheap price can be tempting, but this IS a prime example of "You get what you pay for!" Of course, if you need a tool to do ONE job or TWO, this is it. If you need it long term, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
