I like the fact that multiple sublimation items can be used in the heat press. The power cord is a bit short, but that's not a problem. This is a good machine for beginners or for small jobs. Nothing was missing in my box, all the screws were there and there were even a few left over; Everything was packaged nicely and securely in the box. Setting up the machine was very easy in my opinion. It even comes with a multi-page user guide, but it literally gives me step-by-step instructions. It took a second and a few youtube videos but I figured out how to use this thing, it was easy and straight forward, it's definitely a great abs for beginners. I enjoy building things and my results for everything I've made so far have been pretty good. Because of the versatility and amount of additional project options it gives me with the various attachments that come with it. I'm pretty sure it was one I'd seen and read before and it was what I thought about buying. I've used the machine quite a bit since I've had it and have never had a problem with it not heating up or anything becoming loose or falling off.
