Nice. And SO Easy! - my new review

In a long life of flat-pack assembly, I have never encountered anything as easy as this to put together. The design and manufacture are pretty much perfect. It arrives as basically a bunch of sticks in a very small box. The sticks have heavy threaded screws mounted in one end, and a threaded receptacle in the other, and they all worked effortlessly. The support legs and the hanging pegs rely on routed-out angled cavities in the main upright -- also perfect. The design is intuitive enough that you just need a quick look at the instructions to make it work. But in case you need more, this thing doesn't just have drawings, it also has useful words. That said, you end up with a nice low-key useful object when you've put it together. The pegs are a nice long length -- look like they project about 6" from the upright. They rotate nicely around the upright, so they counterbalance each other. The finish is nice, and the whole thing is sized so that the lowest hooks could be used by a toddler, the topmost by a 6-year old. In my house, this coat rack was bought for someone with shoulder problems to hang winter jackets, and they are very happy not having to reach above shoulder height.I'm really happy with this purchase!

Pros
  • Easy to assemble and good size for kids
Cons
  • May wobble if moved around
