The heater works well after the repair
I did not know that the product was defective. It's too late to return. So I thought what the hell. I removed the screws on the on/off switch to reveal a thin wire that was attached inside the switch. Didn't pull full power from outlet. I fixed the cables and now the unit heats up. The orange rectangular heat detection sticker will turn orange when working properly.
