First the plastic holding block was torn/broken. I think it might have been a used block when it should have been new. Second, I have an HP quad-core Windows 10 computer, which is very fast. My computer did not recognize this device at all. Third, the computer cable was NOT for USB 3.0. Almost everyone knows that it is coated blue on the inside. I plugged it into a USB 2.0 socket and it lit up, so NOT 3.0. There is no Type-C port. If you read the manual it says "conveniently" "Only available on some devices". WTF?! If there are different types of these units, then each of them should have its own point of sale. Another reviewer noted the same thing. Very deceptive. Revain should remove this from the Revain select list. I wouldn't be surprised if most of these 5 star reviews are fake. UPDATE: MthsTec contacted me for a full refund of the amount I paid for this device. They noted that they will update the description on the site which is great. Nobody wants to buy something like this if it doesn't come with what is advertised. I gave them the specs of my computer they asked for so they could fix the problem. Whether they update the description is up to them. Return and refund customer service was easy. I thank them for that.
