I like how you can filter by different parameters (such as device, browser, etc.). It's easy for me to set up my site and track all of my visitors. There isn't much downside to the service. It has been really helpful in being able to see where our traffic is coming from and what people are doing on our site. We have been able to target our advertising better so it's nice to be able to see who those people are. I like that it's easy to use and the customer service is great. I dislike that it's not as easy to use as other programs. The customer service is also not the best. The support is slow and not very helpful. I would recommend other companies that offer website visitor tracking. We are able to see who is visiting our website and what pages they are visiting. It's also helpful for finding out what pages are not being used.
