Helps when dealing with a neck injury
I sustained a whiplash injury a couple weeks ago, and this neck wrap has really helped. After microwaving it for just over a minute, I wear it around my neck for 15 to 20 minutes and then do my stretching exercises. It really helps loosen up my stiff neck and relieve some tension and pain.
