Review on Winco 8-Inch Diameter Fine Mesh Strainer: Medium Size, Stainless Steel Construction, Tan by Rebecca Stokes
Only suitable for light product, thin handle that moves
Just a poorly made and designed strainer. The strainer is fine, but it's all fragile and you have to be careful not to let anything hot fall off the sliding wooden handle (see photo). I was in the process of straining freshly cooked pasta and as I shook off the excess water, the handle slipped a bit, throwing the pasta down the drain. Great for rinsing a cup or two of rice, don't worry there are many better quality filters out there.
