When I received it I was worried because he said it was vibration and I don't like the vibration type of massagers. But, as advertised on the website, it was a jackhammer massager. It can be held in different positions to achieve different massage sensations. If you're sensitive you might not like it, you need to harden yourself because it's the bomb. It comes in a very nice case which I never use because I use the massager so often. And many different heads. The heads are very easy to change, just remove one and put on the next. I am not being paid for this review, nor am I receiving anything at all. I just think it's great to find something that works so well for me.
