I ordered this colored LED strip to decorate our Christmas decoration. It was exactly what I wanted, with a wide range of lighting schemes, easy to install, no smartphone required as it comes with its own remote control. Unfortunately I believe I damaged part of it during installation and the last few feet of the 16ft strip stopped glowing (after verifying it was working when I got it). I contacted the seller, described the problem and he immediately sent a replacement with no questions asked (although it was most likely my fault). Govee clearly has outstanding customer service.
