The first power supply I bought was not programmed for the power supply. I called the helpdesk for the upper doors, they also couldn't program and suggested that the keypad might be bad and that I would come back and order another. The second couldn't program either Powerhead or Help Line. BTW I have two remote openers in my car that work and prove that the powerhead is receiving a signal. The overhead hotline suggested I call my local overlay door dealer to have the keyboard checked. The local dealer tells me they won't check, just replace for $75 (double what I paid) and a $125 service fee. $200 plus taxes and wasted time. Unacceptable! I reconfigured the second and gave up the overhead door!
