color will not wash off

Another of those "VOC-free" safe products that just don't work. In our application, it does not wash oil paint off the wood. I tried another old type (Crown Tuff Strip) and it did the job in 10 minutes. This might work with newer water-based paints, but not the oil-based paint we were trying to remove. it also has to be an hour on site, which is a long time when you're trying to do something.
