Good: - This kit has many more fade/strobe patterns than another company's light kit sold at Revain. Fading, Flashes etc - The light is bright and looks great under the car. - The light appears to be of good quality (unlike the ports discussed below). -The keychain controller is good, but there are so many flash/strobe patterns that it would be nice to have a "favorite" button or two. Now when you change a pattern or color, you have to switch back and forth between all (about 24) patterns/colors. It would be nice to be able to press a color button instead of scrolling through all the colors and pressing the right one. The ugly: The first set I bought had a bad controller. I contacted LEDGlow and they sent another controller with no questions asked. Excellent customer service I thought. It took me about a week to receive it. As soon as I got the new controller I plugged in the lights and checked everything before installing them. I'm glad I did because on long lights half the LEDs were very dim and either didn't change color or changed color to the wrong one. I contacted support again. They said they wanted me to send the lighting kit back (for my dollar) so they could test it. If they couldn't fix it, they replaced it. Please wait 2-3 days after receiving the test, then call me and tell me what to do next. This whole process will take several weeks for them to receive it, test it, try to fix it and then ship it back to me. I showed them the pictures and offered to make a video so they can see the headlights are broken so they can send another set right away so we don't have to wait for weeks. They said no, I should send it back first. Well I didn't like it, I paid for a new work kit, I didn't want a repair for the price of a new one. After receiving the defective kit, why bear the burden on the buyer? I ended up buying another set (which worked fine) and just submitted a return to Revain for a refund on the first set. Cable connectors are made very cheaply. The wire insulation peels back exposing the small wires inside as there is no "clip" or anything holding the wire in the connector. I ended up using tape and a zip tie around the collar to prevent the wire from being pulled out. When I installed the kit, I treated everything like kid gloves, afraid of damaging it due to the poor quality of the connectors. I can't add photos of defects now, I'll try later. I took off one star for the poor quality of the plug and another star for having to repackage and return the kit because it was defective and it would take 3 weeks to get a new kit.
