Review on onetool by Erik Peterson

Onetools have helped me implement our system at work in order for us it was so good I have used them again at home when I set up my new website!! The customer service from this team is brilliant they are always there to answer any questions/issues we may come across as well the project managers are also very efficient and know what they are doing. Nothing really as i said before nothing has been good about it just great communication skills would help but other than that everything else is awsome. It has helped us reduce our cloud usage by over 50% and makes it easy for our customer success team to onboard new users. It has also helped us remove users from our tools who were no longer active or did not have a valid license. It is a great product, but the onboarding flow can be improved. It is a great tool and the support team is always willing to help. We have reduced cloud usage by over 50% and have a more secure user base.
