The best thing about bettercloud was its ability to centralize our various systems for emailing customers & employees along with other internal tools we used daily. Also it gave us access at any time from anywhere which helped when working out side office hours. There were times where I had issues logging-in or using my account but overall good experience. It was easy for me to install and use since I am a developer.It has helped my business a lot because it integrates with many other tools. The tool is not cheap but it does help a lot. Sometimes, there are bugs that do not let you know when they will be fixed. For example, sometimes, our emails are not received. So it would be good if this could be fixed. Also, it's not fully compatible with some mobile devices. For example, WhatsApp integration is not supported. I recommend everyone to try it…

The best thing about this tool is its ability to integrate seamlessly with your existing systems for managing both internal as well external cloud-based services. It’s easy to use and has all you need to be able to do what it says on the tin. I have not found anything I dislike so far but perhaps there are some features i havent seen yet!
