I like everything, the price and the quality are both ok.

Despite the simplicity of the camera, the picture is not bad if it is not a coat made of human skin, because the skin tone, like all old Nikons, is not very good.
The dynamic range of the camera is comparable to older models.
The camera also shoots pretty well in poor lighting conditions, I had a chance to climb underground at a military base during the First World War, for social networks at ISO 12022 you can shoot, it will do.
There are 9 focus points, but I always had the central one, I don’t need tracking focus either.
The stabilizer in the AF-P VR lens works well, you can shoot up to 1/20 second at 55mm. But the whale lens does not sufficiently resolve this matrix, therefore, at 100% zoom, there are no details in the photo, but porridge, this is noticeable if you shoot, for example, small grass (usually I set the aperture to 5.6 so that the hole does not jump when zooming). I found that the whale is shooting very close, probably at a scale of 1: 2, which makes it essentially a macro lens (if not for the resolution).
The viewfinder is very small and dark, not very useful in dark rooms and at dusk. At the same time, autofocus refuses to work in poor light without turning on the focus backlight.
You won’t be able to water in series, because although there is 5.5 fps, this speed is enough for 1 second, after which the buffer ends and the camera will shoot at about 1 frame per second (on a UHS-I card).
When I hold the camera with one right hand, the joystick touches and the focus point gets lost, it's very annoying.
Autofocus in Live-view mode . is, and thanks for that, but slow.
I don't shoot videos, so it doesn't make much of a difference.

The biggest disadvantage of this budget camera is the lack of a screwdriver, ie. the camera does not support cheap D-lenses. Therefore, those who want to take a camera should think in advance, because. AF-S lenses are significantly more expensive than D-versions, although not always better.

Pros

Wide dynamic range. Quite low noise up to ISO 6400. The stabilizer in kit 18-55 is not so bad.

Cons

There is no screwdriver (so for those who want to buy more budget-level lenses later, it is better to buy a 5000-series camera). Invisible screen. Small and dim viewfinder (it's just terrible, you can't see anything in the evening). Fixed screen. Very small memory buffer, enough for 1 second approximately. Skinton is bad like all old nikons. The grip is uncomfortable for me - I constantly touch the joystick with my thumbs, moving the focus point to the right. The resolution of a whale lens, in my opinion, is not enough for such a matrix (24MP crop, while the same D600 with a full-frame matrix gives higher detail - if we compare AF-S 50 / 1.8). Autofocus only works up to f/5.6, with dark zooms there will be problems at the far end (for example, some tamrons or a standard zoom + converter).

Different pros: Simple and not heavy. Good matrix. Photos are amazing with a good lens. Its cons: Rustic. (I bought this for the time of repair of my d7100)
