I like that you can send out your own design or have it designed by them! You also get to choose which shipping method (or even if) so there's no guessing about what will be received in time/cost efficiency of order processing as well. They used an outdated web browser when we were using their site - not sure why they didn't update but still worked fine with Firefox only issue was some custom CSS would render incorrectly without updating our client side code accordingly. We've been able use this solution to reduce costs while maintaining quality control over printed material being sent via mailings / email campaigns etc from clients across Canada & US markets.
