The customer support team was very responsive to my requestings! They were even able to take care of an order that I never entered myself but had been in process since last week! It's hard not knowing when your next order will be sent out or how long it'll be between receiving an email requesting something from you and actually getting it delivered. Also, there are several different ways to submit orders which can get confusing at times. Try them! I'm certain they're going to make things easier

You also get to choose which shipping method (or even if) so there's no guessing about what will be received in time/cost efficiency of order processing as well. They used an outdated web browser when we were using their site - not sure why they didn't update but still worked fine with Firefox only issue was some custom CSS would render incorrectly without updating our client side code accordingly. I like that it has an option to upload my own file or choose from their library of templates! It's easy enough with no instruction guides so anyone can use this product without having any problems at all. There isn't much in terms of options when you first set up your account but once they are created there aren't many things one cannot do now either (although if someone does come along who wants something new please let me know!).
