Comfy Socks - not compression

I wear compression socks a LOT. they are great, even if your not diabetic. Theyre great if you walk a lot, hike, etc. I work outdoors on my feet quite a bit and I just like the way compression feels. These socks are comfy, soft, lightweight - but not cheap feeling. however, they are in no way compression socks at all. I'm not sure where they came up with that description. Compression socks are snug, almost all are made from Nylon/spandex. They come with warnings not to sleep in them, because they constrict if they are doing what they are supposed to do. While these socks are comfy - they are totally normal, cotton socks. They look great and feel soft, but if I were blindfolded, I wouldnt know whether I was wearing Hanes, or these. Not a bad buy if you want a comfy pair of white socks - but these are not compression socks.
