One and only solution which can be implemented both O2CRM & TICKETPRO

The ease of use is very smooth, as well has its flexibility with our product line-up being able to work in multiple systems without any issues at all! I have found no problems so far during my 3 years using it for client support services within financial accounts where we used also some other tools before that were not working properly or having too much limitations (eccommerce integration).

We are solving ticketing challenges like never heard about them till now - from tickets creation through issue resolution process via email threads/tickets until live chat sessions if needed upfilling data into CRM system etc.- everything seamlessly integrated.
