The ease of use is very smooth, as well has its flexibility with our product line-up being able to work in multiple systems without any issues at all! I have found no problems so far during my 3 years using it for client support services within financial accounts where we used also some other tools before that were not working properly or having too much limitations (eccommerce integration).
