Overall I like this ladder. I can easily change lightbulbs in my house with a 10 foot ceiling. The hard plastic legs tend to slip a bit when standing on a hardwood floor - it feels like the ladder at the base could come loose if weight is put on it. It's a little wonky, not bad, but enough to make you feel a little less than completely secure. It's light, especially for a 4-step ladder. I'm wondering if I would wrap my feet in what you put under the mats to keep them from moving if that would cause the feet to move less. I love how the top bar gives you a place to lean on your feet. Conclusion: It is a goalkeeper.
