Everything as in the reviews. It's great, works great, looks great and is great value. We actually hooked it up to a large soap bottle we bought at the grocery store instead of using the reservoir that came with the dispenser so we don't have to keep refilling it. I just poke a hole in the top of the soap bottle cap (put a longer tube onto the dispenser our plumber had and slide the tube from the top of the soap bottle to the bottom of the dispenser) and it works great. . I saw someone mention it in the reviews and showed pictures. Our granite workers and plumbers thought I was crazy. But I insisted and valya, it turned out. I'm so glad I read the reviews and trusted them. In any case, happy shopping.
