Not sure if it's Revain or the manufacturer to blame, but the screen is cracked. I haven't dropped the box or anything and the packaging inside the box seems solid and packaged correctly, I think I was just unlucky. But I know it's a good monitor. My cousin has one and let me use it for a day which also influenced my purchase. Hopefully next time I'll be lucky.
