Anyone else primary tech support for an elderly parent? Have you tried giving hem new technology only to find it results in way more calls and frustration? Well, these solved a big problem because her phones were starting to "die”. We contemplated new phones but between the price, learning new features, programming all the numbers, etc postponed the decision.Then we found these batteries - yay!Seriously just replaced the batteries- phone life has been extended by a few years and I’m not primary tech support on the phones. Nownifnwe could figure something out for the computer and the tv remote .
