Review on Continental ContiWinterContact TS 850P SUV 255/50 R19 107V winter by Adam Wojtczuk ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I expected mediocre quality, but it was a pleasant surprise.

According to what I understand, the tires were only introduced in 2022 to replace the TS850 (without P). In actuality, they simply sold it to me because there wasn't much time left when I started hunting for winter and everything was already gone. I liked the TS850 (without P), which has many reviews, according to the reviews. But after looking around, I discovered that everything was sold out and that only one store would let me wait three days while they brought it in on order. After waiting, they called, I showed up, and I paid. The bills showed that it was the identical item I had been anticipating—TS850 (without P). But as I started to receive, they delivered a TS850R to me! He scandalized, but what else could he do except take it? I have no regrets because the Slovakian (or Slovenian)-made tires are excellent. I observed tests of this rubber conducted abroad; they produced outstanding results and used Nokian and Kontiki. 2nd place overall, safety (braking, demolition - 1). Overall, I'm still satisfied with the rubber, so I'll try to continue unsubscribing.

Pros
  • After the Vredshtein summer, it was rather peaceful and soft, so I hardly noticed the difference. Even though my Mercedez-Benz ML166 is relatively quiet, it still felt like I was moving quickly. Regarding stability, it is quiet, holds a wet road stably, and doesn't blow snow. Acceleration is 5 both in the wet and the snow, but I can't say for sure on the ice because I haven't driven on it yet. Braking is also excellent both in the wet and the snow, but there wasn't any ice yet. through Velcro. Expecting something exceptional from it is difficult.
Cons
  • I've only been driving for two months since it was discovered, yet everything suits me.
