What a crap!

If you look at the video on the internet, it shows version 1. It has long screws that are easy to fasten. for some reason they were removed in revision 3. The revision 3 instructions say they sent the wrong screws. So you need to find out from your motherboard kit which screw to put in. Also, this type of screw will never be long enough for most motherboard applications. Although Liquid was too lazy to change the instruction pictures to show the correct screws as they look. Any of their images or instructions continue to use the wrong ones. If you try to use the ones that came with the kit, they won't fit properly on the mount because they're too long. When you finally figure it out, you should use the second guide on their page for AM4. You can also install alternative mounts; not primarily in the instructions with the screws you supplied. Then, in most cases, this additional bracket interferes with the M2 slot on the motherboard. There is no support phone number. Just a form where you post information that they will come back to you at some point in the future. The best engineered cooler on the market. Worst product development cycle, no list of components in the box. There are no instructions in the packaging. Delivered with wrong parts. The instructions on the website are wrong. Really bad support system. Do not buy ASROCK Creator x570 with Ryzen 5950X. Don't buy AMD processors.
