Review on Abby Connect by Jeff Drollinger

It's easy to use by anyone who has basic computer skills or just needs assistance with an email account! I dislike how it only lets me send emails through my gmail address but not other methods (hot mail/other accounts).

If they made this option available so we could also receive incoming communications from clients without being tied into their specific system then things would be perfect for us at work. We have been able to communicate better than before because our customer support department are always open 24hrs 7days / week - no matter what timezone i'm working in which makes life easier when there's queries about something urgent happening during off peak hours or weekends etc.
