I am 5'4 and 115 pounds and got a small. It's made well and is nice material, but it has no stretch to it at all. If you're trying to move or bend it doesn't give at all. It's pretty tight on the butt which isn't comfy. I'd wear it around the hoise, but there's no way I could comfortably sleep in it.I'd definitely get a medium or a large if I buy another so I can sleep in it :)
