I love that we can use it for our entire organization, not just in-house or agency users! It is very easy to set up with minimal training needed; however you do need some knowledge of how things work if this tool will be beneficial towards solving problems within an org - so have someone who knows what they are doing when setting something like these tools live asap!! The only thing about revops global i dislike personally was their pricing structure which seems really expensive compared other platforms out there (like zenhub).

There's no way around having more than one person managing all account access/data entry etc., but by using multiple people working together remotely its much easier then trying manage everything yourself from home via phone calls / emails!
