The visual interface, which allows you to see all your information in one spot; It's great for new users who don't really know how it works or what they can do within Roma but are excited by its potential! I would say if this program was more user friendly when looking at applicants as well then maybe we could have gotten rid of some problems early along our hiring process? Great tool once fully utilized - makes sure everyone has their own task list so no confusion about whom does something next-in line etc.. Makes management easier too since nothing needs double checking anymore!! We used Rome from start until end (hiring) during COVID time period where there were lotsa applications coming through via Job Boards/Social Networks like AngelList &amp HireHawk /Upworketc.- Our staff members had been doing manual data entry into Excel spreadsheets prior because there wasn’t anyone else available due covid restrictions around us being able work.
