I'm 5'3" and normally wear a size 0-2 in the US. I ordered a very small one. The waist is a lot looser than I expected but the overall fit of the skirt complements it well and gives the skirt a clean hipster look. This is a style I don't usually wear as I usually wear high waisted, fitted skirts. I love how the drape of the material draws attention to my small hips (32 inches) and makes me look fuller. The material is soft, medium-weight and denim-like - very breathable and easy to move. The hem hits just above the ankle and doesn't pucker or roll. Definitely worth trying for those of you who love a loose but well tailored denim skirt.
