First of all, don't pay attention to the picture in the ad. This ballast may have the same product list, but it's nowhere near what I bought a few years ago. I'm gradually changing out the ballasts in my fluorescent lights and I blindly ordered what I did last time. I spent at least an hour trying to figure out what was coming out and what to do with the extra brown wires. After studying the ballast connection diagram, I should have just returned it. Instead, I decided to spend a few hours and take on the challenge. I ended up completely redoing the wiring. This involved a lot of swearing as these cheap fluorescent bulbs were not designed to be easily taken apart. You'll need to familiarize yourself with your tombstones and route the red, yellow, blue, and brown wires to the right end of each lightbulb. Standing on the stairs was not a pleasant task. I have three other devices and will not repeat this for the remaining ones. Thank goodness the device is working properly now, but it wasn't worth the bloody sweat and tears.
