I bought them with the behinds so be prepared to part with the money. However, the shocks on all four corners of my 12 Ultra breathed new life into the bike. The ride is a dramatic improvement over stock. When I removed the old shocks, I was surprised to find that one fork had almost perfect oil and the other almost looked like a rear end. This leads me to believe that just one fork actually did most of the work. I highly recommend taking a look at your head bearings when you do this if you don't feel like re-tightening the forks. Well I guess that will give me something to do next winter. Installation isn't difficult, but you will need a vise and a long (6mm I think) hex to get one of the bottom drain plugs. It took a long time to break them.
