Thank you to the Amazon customer who brought our attention to the lead warning at the bottom of this bucket. I wonder if I got the bucket she made and who knows how many others have been sent back because the label on mine is badly worn and the bottom of the bucket is scratched. I will not use this for its intended purpose - to carry around purified drinking water that has been purified through the Berkey system! Now I'm looking for a 316 or 430 food grade stainless steel bucket. My other complaint about this otherwise excellent bucket is that the bottom rim is so rounded that it's impossible to grab hold of when the bucket is tipped to pour out its contents . I need an edge, a recess, a 90 degree angle, or SOME SOMETHING. With both issues in mind, my search for the perfect, food-safe, and easy-to-water kitchen bucket continues!
