The fact that you can add as many platforms as you want to your account. We are using Next User's Chatbot which has been very helpful in collecting and analyzing customer feedback. I really enjoyed how easy it was to set up and use. It also took us less than 10 minutes to integrate with our main website. There isn't much I dislike about Next User. Their support team is super friendly and quick to respond! When it comes to improving my business, I am able to learn from their suggestions and implement them into my platform.
