I'm tired of seeing spots and other discolouration on my plastic containers. So I decided to invest in this set along with a salad/appetizer storage set. After a few uses and washes I can confirm that this set really does not stain! I've hand washed it and also put it in the dishwasher just to see if one method is better than the other. I've added before and after photos for comparison. The only downsides are 1) any sauce/liquid in the main course seeps under the small side compartment when you use it (I don't really care) and 2) noticed that food takes longer to heat than my old plastic container. Haven't used the spacer yet to see if there is any leakage between the compartments. Overall I think these utensils are great and worth the investment if you're tired of seeing your plastic containers look instantly old and worn.
