This is my third time ordering this hat, please deliver it in a box so it won't be damaged.
I bought this hat for my 10 year old son for our beach vacation. We never got it so he didn't have it for our vacation. I filled out a problem report and redesigned the header. We were so happy when we finally got it yesterday. It fits him perfectly and we love the style! Unfortunately it is damaged. This is a straw hat that came in a plastic bag. It seems to me that it must be delivered in some kind of cardboard box so that it is not crushed upon delivery. I will order it again, 3rd time charm. 🤞🤞🤞
