I bought this system to get good quality drinking water that I can also use to fill my fish tank. Haven't tested the water yet but everything seems to be in good shape once I got the installation issues sorted out. The installation is actually quite simple, but the starting instructions are a bit confusing. My system came with a broken part, so initially it didn't produce any water. I thought the reason was that I didn't start the system properly. I finally gave up and emailed customer service. The next morning I got a reply from them that they had requested photos of the installation to make sure I did everything right. Once they were confident the installation was correct, Pearl contacted me and said he would send me three replacement parts. I received the parts two days later. It took less than 20 minutes to swap them out (pretty easy) and after another 5 minutes he was already preparing water. As for customer service, 5 stars. They took off a star because they weren't perfect to begin with.
