Really happy with the performance. Only one issue in 3 years and it was easily resolved.

Great product we bought 3 years ago with an 11 gallon tank. Inserted three liter tank that came with the kit. We can get 8 gallons of water at a time, as well as better outlet pressure and flow. We didn't want to do without a bin under our sink, but we were able to install the system in our utility room where the water softener and water heater are located. We had an issue with a stuck open check valve, but this was easy to replace and inexpensive.

A little handwork.

I don't like the support phone number on the product packaging. Maybe they're having problems with the phone line. But I emailed them the problems I was having with image attachments. Francis responded and sent a replacement part. Received, checked, problem solved. Many Thanks. It's kind of a handyman job. Good customer service

I bought this system to get good quality drinking water that I can also use to fill my fish tank. Haven't tested the water yet but everything seems to be in good shape once I got the installation issues sorted out. The installation is actually quite simple, but the starting instructions are a bit confusing. My system came with a broken part, so initially it didn't produce any water. I thought the reason was that I didn't start the system properly. I finally gave up and emailed customer service.

Desalination resin doesn't work

The reverse osmosis system itself gets 5 stars, the desalination filter doesn't work at all. The first was torn and the resin seeped into the water. I got a replacement from the company and the resin on the second one didn't work either. I refilled the filter with aftermarket resin and BAM is done. I cut out some rinse aerator screens and stuck them into the deionizer filter outlet fitting to keep the tar out of the water. I then swapped the inlet fittings on the deionizing filter and aroma…
