I wanted to love this game so badly, but my kids and we parents lost patience with this game. Each time we placed a ball, it randomly landed in a completely different spot. This is because the cheap plastic assembly doesn't support the weight of the solid metal balls well, resulting in easily misaligned parts. The idea is amazing but I was expecting great quality for $70. It wasn't like that. To make matters worse, Amazon does not support this product. We've been requesting a return since Christmas and are still waiting for the seller because Revain won't interfere!
