I have sensitive teeth from wearing aligners before, this is a life saver. Not only does it help with that, but I love the natural properties to benefit from and it doesn't contain any harsh chemicals or fluorides. I'm also a fan of the charcoal they have. Either way, you get a bang for your buck!
