The first break is good for me
I love Topo and I love her. First my feet had to adjust to a higher drop (I usually use 0 or 3mm on them), 5mm is way too much. After some breaking in I use them for long walks or to lug stuff. Extremely comfortable and relieves your feet. Excellent balance between low drop and cushioning.
Pros
- These running shoes offer excellent stability while improving balance and coordination on uneven surfaces.
Cons
- It may take time for users to get used to the 5mm height difference, causing discomfort and possible injury.
