I am currently using a second print server. The first was always very hot even when not in use. Well, a year later, it just stopped working. There is no light, nothing. The only reason I bought another one was because all my other wireless products were Linksys. This time I attached a large heatsink to one side. This one works much better. With all the hassle of setting up my router, print server, range extender (all Linksys), I wish I had chosen another provider. Now after about a year my range extender has stopped working and I suspect it will be the same problem as the print server - overheating. Well this time I will switch to a different brand and when my Linksys products die out I will replace them with their competitor's brand. I'm tired of having customer service that doesn't speak English, installation instructions written by non-English speakers, and a complete lack of knowledge about my own product.
