My bike I just bought
When I went to put air in the tires they blew up it says 40 psi and I was at 35 then I went and bought 2 new tubes and they blew I think there is something wrong with the tire the outer wall of the tire is dry rot or something I've had bikes before so i know about them they outside edge of the white tire is separated what do i do
